Calling bids is the easy part. What determines your result is what happened in the weeks before: how the items are sequenced, how the Fund-A-Need is scripted, how your volunteers are trained. We do all of that. By the time we're on stage, the heavy lifting is done.

Live Auction

Professional bid calling that reads the room and keeps momentum building from the opening item to the final paddle drop.

Fund-A-Need

We write the story, structure the ask, and run the paddle raise. It's usually the highest-earning segment of the night and it takes real preparation to get right.

Pre-Event Strategy

Auction sequencing, item review, Fund-A-Need scripting, volunteer training, run-of-show. The full build, not just the performance.

Emcee & Hosting

One professional running the entire evening: introductions, transitions, award presentations, and the auction. Cohesive energy from start to finish.
